  • Getting Your Kids Ready for the Links

If your kids have been watching “Happy Gilmore” on direct TV and really getting into the game you’re going to want to set them up right. Golf can be an expensive hobby to pick up but once they’ve got the right tools they’ll be all set. Here are a few things not to forget when you’re building their golf toolbox (after the clubs, of course!)
A Glove: All professional golfers use gloves and make sure you pick one especially for child-sized hands. No slip grips in the palm help maintain control and your kids will love them because they look grown up, too.
Shoes: Golf shoes aren’t the most fashionable thing on the planet but they’re getting better every month. Assess how traditional your child’s style is then go from therethey range from all white to striped to the classic saddleback.
A Great Bag: No golfer is dressed without a great bag and here’s your opportunity to shine. Choose a color or stripe that fits your child (team colors?) and have bag monogrammed for an extra touch. They’ll be ready to play in no time!
